Billing Coordinator

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Partner with client teams to review various financial and billing tasks

Meet with client team leads to review jobs and related activity

Assist the Finance Supervisor with month-end closing and revenue recognition

Assist in the monthly invoicing process and resolve any client billing issues

Assist with reports on Accounts Receivable for client review

Review and report on client expenses, and conduct reconciliations regularly

Assist on any ad hoc internal or client reporting

The ideal person

Is incredibly organized and pays extra attention to the details

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong in English communication (written and verbal)

Is self-motivated and loves a good challenge

Enjoys working with people across multiple offices and departments, including Producers and Account Leads

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills required; previous experience with SAP a plus

2 years’ related experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
