Our explosive growth has opened up a host of new opportunities; we are presently seeking a Sales Engineer for the Latin American market, working fully remotely, to help us continue our rapid scaling. As a Sales Engineer, you will be a specialist who combines ticket support activity via email and communication with customers via Zoom calls while helping the sales team with tech product demonstrations. Responsibilities : Support the Account Executives by taking a consultative role in the customers' evaluation processes, including answering all technical questions; Troubleshooting issues, and managing escalation to Customer Support and Product Teams ; Build demo environments and deliver custom demos for new prospects and clients ; Join calls with the Sales team and customers to handle the technical discussions ; Work with Sales team on facilitating the resolution of opportunities-related technical queries ; Process pre-sales (trial) questions and technical issues (on L1) from potential customers and Sales team ; Collaborate with the tech Support engineers on the resolution of customer issues ; Create materials and videos to be used in sales activities ; Conduct technical webinars and other online technical events; Act as a link between Sales / Customers and the Product team; Work actively with the Product team on improving the products and functionalities. Weekdays from 10 AM - 7 PM ART / BRT Stable salary + sales commissions Stock Option plan Days-off and vacations A minimum 4 years experience in sales / pre-sales engineering role Minimal total experience of 8 years in software companies Previous experience conducting technical demos and webinars Previous experience in a Customer-facing technical role Strong technical background and eager to learn new technologies An intermediate level in Javascript is a must Previous experience in RPA and / or automation is nice to have Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory A computer science degree is a plus Soft skills : Strong listening and storytelling skills Enthusiasm for working in a high profile, fast-paced startup culture Strong client-facing and communication skills Responsible, responsive, proactive, willing to help, ready to resolve issues Responsible and self-motivated Strong analysis skills Ability to learn new technologies Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing activities
